When you use the editor, we store:

Uploaded images and marker data
Project metadata (title, creation date, view counts)

2.3 Server Logs

The server automatically logs on each request:

Requested URL and referrer
Browser and operating system

Logs are deleted or anonymized after a maximum of 14 days.

2.4 Payment Information

For paid plans, billing and payment data is forwarded directly to external payment processors. Charges appear on your statement as PICPINS. We do not store full credit card details.

We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Hosting provider: IONOS SE, Germany — for technical operation of the Service.
Payment processors: External providers for processing payments.
Authorities: When required by law or to enforce our rights.

As picpins is operated from Thailand, your data is transferred internationally for the performance of the Service. By using picpins, you consent to this transfer. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for basic functionality (login session, language preference). Optional cookies (analytics, marketing) are only set with your consent. You can adjust your preferences at any time via the cookie settings.

7. Embedded Content (Embed Feature)

When picpins images are embedded on third-party websites, the embed script loads data from picpins.com. The end user's IP address is transmitted to our server. Operators of websites that use the embed must inform their visitors in their own privacy notice.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. Account data is removed when you delete your account. Tax-relevant data is retained according to applicable retention periods.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the following rights:

picpins is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for active accounts, additionally communicated by email.
